摘要
风电叶片采用真空辅助树脂灌注工艺,为了提高生产效率,多个部件采用预制工艺,在预制件与壳体之间铺放导流介质,用于灌注树脂的导流。通过模拟风电叶片真空灌注工艺,对比分析了2种单位面积重量不同的双轴向缝编织物和3种单位面积重量不同的连续毡的灌注速度和吸胶量,研究发现,连续毡类导流介质的灌注速度和吸胶量远大于双轴向缝编织物,连续毡的导流速度和吸胶量除与单位面积重量有关外,还与其厚度即纤维间空隙多少有关。
The vacuum assisted resin infusion process is adopted for wind turbine blades.In order to improve the production efficiency,a number of components are prefabricated,and the diversion medium is laid between the prefabrication and the shell for the diversion of infusing resin.By simulating the vacuum infusion process of wind turbine blades,this paper compares and analyzes the infusion speed and resin uptake of two kinds of biaxial stitched fabrics with different weights per unit area and three kinds of continuous felt with different weights per unit area.It is found that the infusion speed and resin uptake of continuous felt diversion medium are much greater than that of biaxial stitched fabrics.The diversion speed and resin uptake of continuous felt are not only related to the weight per unit area,but also related to its thickness,that is,the amount of space between fibers.
