摘要
亚硝酸盐属于食品中的污染物,国家对其在食品中的残留量有严格的要求。在亚硝酸盐测定过程中,通过监控与化学反应相关的部分指标,对发生的实验现象进行了研究讨论。
Nitrite is a pollutant in food,so the state has strict requirements for its residue in food.In the process of nitrite determination,the experimental phenomena are studied and discussed by monitoring some indicators related to chemical reactions.
