摘要
复合材料风电叶片属于新能源行业,目前还属于劳动密集型产业向半机械化转变的阶段。通过阐述风电叶片行业人工投入与产出之间的相关关系和总产量、边际产量、平均产量之间的关系,对叶片生产的边际成本和边际收益进行了深入分析,提出了相对经济的最优生产条件,同时对叶片生产过程中人工与设备之间的边际替代率以及技术进步引起的生产要素投入变化进行了经济性分析。
Composite wind turbine blades belong to new energy industry,and it is still in the phase of transition from labor-intensive industry to semi-mechanization.This paper expounds the correlation between the manual input and output of the wind turbine blade industry,the relationship among the total output,the marginal output and the average output,as well as each stage of production and its relatively economic production stage.The marginal cost and marginal revenue of blade production are analyzed,and the relative economic optimum production conditions are put forward.The marginal substitu-tion rate between labor and equipment during blade production and the changes in input of production factor input caused by technological progress are analyzed economically.
