摘要
气象灾害预警信号在气象防灾减灾过程中具有极为关键的作用。统计分析了滨海新区2017—2021年全部气象预警信号,发现整体呈逐年上涨趋势,其中蓝色和黄色预警信号占绝大多数,且2021年红色预警信号明显增多。气象预警信号类型主要为海上大风、陆地大风、雷电、暴雨和大雾。此外,滨海新区夏季(6~8月)和冬季(11~12月)月均预警信号发布数量明显多于其他月份。通过分析典型案例中气象预警信号的发布过程,给出了优化提升策略建议,以期进一步提升滨海新区预警信号发布工作水平。
Meteorological disaster warning signals play an important role in meteorological disaster prevention and mitigation process.Through statistical analysis of all meteorological disaster warning signals in Binhai New Area form 2017 to 2021,it is found that the overall trend is increasing year by year,of which blue and yellow warning signals account for the vast majority,and the red warning signals increased significantly in 2021.The types of meteorological warning signals are mainly sea gale,land gale,lightning,heavy rain and fog.In addition,the monthly average number of warning signals issued in summer(form June to August)and winter(from November to December)in Binhai New Area is significantly higher than other months.By analyzing the issuance process of meteorological warning signals in typical cases,the optimization and promotion strategy suggestions are given,in order to further improve the level of warning signal issuance in Binhai New Area.
