摘要
综述了微胶囊自愈合技术中几种主要的囊壁、囊芯材料和微胶囊制备方法;总结了微胶囊壁材、芯材的要求和作用效果;分析了吸附法、锐孔-凝聚浴法、原位聚合法和界面聚合法的制备工艺,以及各方法制备的微胶囊应用效果;阐述了微胶囊自愈合效果的性能评价方法;指出了微胶囊自愈合效果面临的挑战和有效的解决方案。该研究成果可为自愈合微胶囊早日路用夯实基础。
In this paper,several main capsule-wall and capsule-core materials and microcapsule preparation methods in microcapsule self-healing technology are reviewed;The requirements and effects of microcapsule wall and core materials are summarized;The preparation processes of adsorption method,orifice-coagulation bath method,in-situ polymerization method and interfacial polymerization method are analyzed,as well as the application effects of microcapsules prepared by each method;The performance evaluation methods of self-healing effect of microcapsules are described;The challenges and promising solutions are presented to lay good foundation for the early road use of self-healing microcapsules.
