水性环氧乳化沥青配合比设计及流变性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 为提升乳化沥青高温性能,将水性环氧树脂加入乳化沥青中,通过正交试验和灰色关联度分析,基于针入度、软化点、延度3项指标,分析水性环氧树脂体系比(水性环氧树脂与固化剂比例)、乳化剂种类、水性环氧树脂掺量对水性环氧乳化沥青性能的影响,得到最佳配合比。在最佳配合比下,将水性环氧乳化沥青与70号基质沥青、乳化沥青进行DSR试验,试验结果表明:水性环氧乳化沥青最佳配合比为水性环氧树脂∶固化剂=10∶1,最佳水性环氧树脂掺量为10%;由灰色关联度分析可知,水性环氧树脂体系比对水性环氧乳化沥青的针入度、软化点、延度3项指标性能影响较大;水性环氧树脂通过固化反应在沥青中交联聚合,形成三维网络,提高沥青的高温流变性能和弹性;当温度为52℃时,水性环氧乳化沥青复数剪切模量分别是乳化沥青和70号基质沥青的1.9倍和1.7倍。 In order to improve the high temperature performance of emulsified asphalt,waterborne epoxy resin was added into emulsified asphalt.Through orthogonal test and grey correlation degree analysis,based on three indexes of penetration degree,softening point and ductility,the effects of waterborne epoxy resin system ratio(waterborne epoxy resin-curing agent),emulsifier type and waterborne epoxy resin dosage on the properties of waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt(WEEA)were analyzed.The optimal mixture ratio was obtained to carry out DSR test of WEEA,70#matrix asphalt and emulsified asphalt.The results show that the optimal proportion is waterborne epoxy resin∶curing agent=10∶1,and the best proportion of waterborne epoxy resin is 10%;According to the grey correlation degree analysis,the waterborne epoxy resin system ratio has great influence on the performance of three indexes of WEEA:penetration,softening point and elongation;Waterborne epoxy resin is crosslinked and polymerized in asphalt to form a 3D network by curing reaction.The high-temperature rheological properties and elasticity of asphalt is improved.When the temperature is 52℃,the complex shear modulus of WEEA is 1.9 times and 1.7 times than that of emulsified asphalt and 70#matrix asphalt respectively.
