摘要
融雪性能是道路融雪剂选用的重要依据,其评价方法的不足导致了融雪剂的滥用。介绍了我国目前采用的相对融冰能力评价方法、美国公路战略研究计划中的融雪剂性能标准试验方法以及近年DSC等新的融雪剂性能评价方法的发展和应用情况。选取氯化钠、氯化钙和醋酸钠3种典型融雪剂,分别进行了我国和国外的标准融雪剂融雪化冰试验。通过对比分析试验结果发现,我国现有的评价方法存在试样选取代表性不足、评价指标少、试验温度单一等问题,不能全面、有效地评价实际使用条件下的融雪剂融雪化冰性能,不利于融雪剂的合理选用。
Snowmelt performance is an important basis for the selection of road snowmelt agent so that the lack of evaluation method cause snowmelt agent abuse. The relative ice-melting capacity evaluation method in China, the performance standard test method of snowmelt agent in American Highway Strategic Research Plan are compared.The development and application of new performance evaluation methods such as DSC in recent years are introduced.The melting and deicing tests of standard snowmelt agent home and abroad are carried out respectively by 3 typical snowmelt agents of sodium chloride, calcium chloride and sodium acetate. The test results show that the existing evaluation methods in China have shortcomings of insufficient representative of sample selection, few evaluation indexes and single test temperature, which can not fully and effectively evaluate the performance of practical snow melting agent. It is not suitable for rational selection of snow melting agent.
