低掺量胶粉改性沥青及其混合料性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 橡胶沥青在实际应用中存在黏度大、施工难度较大等问题,限制了其大规模应用。为了解决该问题,从降低胶粉掺量入手,探究胶粉掺量对沥青性能的影响,从而得到低掺量胶粉改性沥青。在此基础上,将低掺量胶粉改性沥青与常规橡胶沥青、SBS改性沥青进行沥青性能及其混合料性能对比。结果表明:随着胶粉掺量的增加,胶粉改性沥青呈现针入度减小、软化点升高、离析软化点差变大、弹性恢复率增加的变化规律;胶粉掺量为10%时的低掺量胶粉改性沥青混合料路用性能与常规橡胶沥青混合料和SBS改性沥青混合料基本相当,而且具有施工温度低、施工排放少的特点,便于工程推广应用。 Because of high viscosity and construction difficulties in engineer construction, rubber asphalt is limited to large-scale application. In order to solve the problems, crumb rubber content was reduced to study the influence on asphalt performance. And low content crumb rubber asphalt is obtained. The asphalt performance and mixture performance of low content crumb rubber modified asphalt were compared with conventional rubber asphalt and SBS modified asphalt. The results show that the penetration decreases, the softening point increases, the segregation softening point difference increases and the elastic recovery rate increases with the increase of crumb rubber content;When the crumb rubber content is 10%, the comprehensive performance of the mixture is almost the same as the other two mixtures. It’s convenient for project promotion due to the low construction temperature and less emissions.
