摘要
环氧抗滑罩面作为一种用于沥青路面抗滑功能恢复的新技术,抗滑骨料的性能关系着抗滑性能的优劣。为研究抗滑骨料种类对环氧抗滑罩面抗滑性能的影响以及检测抗滑骨料在环氧抗滑罩面中抗滑性能的衰减规律,利用磨光值试验对陶瓷骨粒、煅烧铝矾土和石英砂进行磨光值测定,并基于加速加载试验研究陶瓷骨粒在长期轮胎荷载直接作用下抗滑性能的衰减规律,为环氧抗滑罩面组成设计提供数据参考。结果表明:陶瓷骨粒的磨光值高于煅烧铝矾土和石英砂;在长期荷载作用下,陶瓷骨粒抗滑表层的抗滑性能衰减缓慢,稳定性能高,具有良好的抗滑耐久性;陶瓷骨粒作为环氧抗滑罩面中的抗滑骨料,可显著提升路面抗滑性能,对于指导高抗滑性能恢复技术应用提供了重要的数据支撑。
The epoxy anti-slip is a new technology for the recovery of anti-slip function of asphalt pavement. The performance of epoxy anti-slip aggregate effects the anti-slip performance. In order to study the effect of anti-slip aggregate types on the anti-slip performance of epoxy anti-slip cover and detect the attenuation law of anti-slip performance of ceramic aggregate, the polished stone value(PSV) of ceramic particles, calcined bauxite and quartz sand were determined by PSV test in this paper. Based on accelerated loading experiments, the anti-slip attenuation law of ceramic particles was studied under direct effect of long-term tire load, which provided data reference for the design of epoxy anti-slip cover composition. The results show that PSV of ceramic particles is higher than calcined bauxite and quartz sand;Under long-term loading, the anti-slip performance of the ceramic particle anti-slip surface decays slowly. It has good stability and anti-slip durability;That ceramic particle is anti-slip material of epoxy anti-slip cover will improve obviously anti-slip performance of pavement, and provide key data support for helping the recovery technology of high anti-slip performance.
