摘要
“十四五”期间,京津冀区域将重点打造“四纵四横一环”交通骨架。为促进北京过境交通分流至市域外围地区,同时考虑廊坊市北三县与北京城市副中心统一规划、协同发展,拟开展首都地区环线高速全线绕出北京方案研究。因此基于首都地区环线高速现状,对环线绕出北京的必要性、调整原则、调整范围和方案比选等多方面进行研究,提出了首都地区环线全线绕出北京的实施方案。
During the 14th Five-year Plan period, Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region will focus on building a "four vertical, four horizontal and one ring" transportation framework. In order to promote the diversion of Beijing’s transit traffic to peripheral areas, and conside the unified planning and coordinated development of the three northern counties of Langfang city and Beijing municipal administrative center, it is proposed to research the scheme of the whole Capital Ring Expressway out of Beijing. Based on the current situation, this paper studies the necessity, adjustment principle, adjustment scope and scheme comparison to put forward the implementation scheme.
