摘要
索塔锚固区是斜拉桥设计和施工的关键和难点,特别是混凝土桥塔,在强大索力和预应力共同作用下,索塔锚固区受力十分复杂。因此,以某独塔混凝土斜拉桥为背景,针对塔顶最不利锚固节段,利用ANSYS有限元软件对索塔锚固区进行了三维实体空间应力分析。分析结果表明,采用低回缩井字形预应力锚固方案可较好地满足索塔锚固区受力要求,有效减少了预应力损失。该分析结果可为设计和施工提供依据。
The anchorage zone of cable tower is the key and difficult point in the design and construction of cablestayed bridge,especially for the concrete bridge tower.Under the combined action of strong cable force and prestress,the stress of the anchorage zone of the cable tower is very complex.Therefore,taking a concrete cable-stayed bridge with single tower as an example,aiming at3D solid spatial stress analysis of the anchorage zone of the tower is carried out by ANSYS finite element software for the most unfavorable anchorage segment on the top of the tower.The analysis results show that the low retracting well-shaped pre-stressed anchorage scheme can well meet the stress requirements at cable tower anchorage zone and effectively reduce the pre-stress loss.The analysis results can provide basis for similar design and construction.
