猫疱疹病毒Ⅰ型HB株的分离鉴定及其免疫原性初步评价 被引量:2

Isolation and identification of typeⅠHB strain of feline herpesvirus and preliminary evaluation of its immunogenicity

摘要 从疑似患猫鼻气管炎的幼猫鼻拭子样品分离到1株猫疱疹病毒(FHV-HB),对该分离株进行了形态学、血清学、免疫原性和动物回归试验分析。结果显示,分离毒株FHV-HB在电镜下具有疱疹病毒粒子的典型形态特点。第5代细胞培养物的病毒滴度为10^(7.5)TCID_(50)/mL,灭活后免疫猫并进行攻毒试验,免疫组猫全部存活,对照组猫全部发病甚至死亡。结果表明本试验分离到的FHV-HB株免疫原性较好,并且具有较强的毒力,既可作为疫苗生产用候选毒株,也可作为疫苗评价用候选毒株,为猫鼻气管炎疫苗研发提供毒种和科学依据。 One strain of feline herpesvirus(FHV-HB)was isolated from the nasal swab sample of a young cat suspected of having feline rhinotracheitis.The morphology observation,serology analysis and animal regression test of the virus were carried out.The results showed that the isolated strain FHV-HB had the typical morphological characteristics of herpesvirus particles under electron microscopy.The titer of the fifth-generation culture was 10^(7.5)TCID_(50)/mL.After inactivation of the virus,the cats were immunized and the attack test was performed,and the results showed that all the cats in the immunized group were healthy,while the cats in the control group treated with virus appeared symptoms or even died.This study showed that the FHV-HB strain had good immunogenicity and strong pathogenicity and can be used as a candidate strain for both vaccine production and vaccine evaluation,which may make contribution to the development of vaccine and the prevention and treatment of feline rhinotracheitis.
