Qualitative Meta-integration of preoperative psychological experience and needs of operation patients

目的系统评价患者术前阶段心理体验和需求,为制定术前护理措施提供科学依据。方法检索数据库Cochrane Library、Embase、PubMed、Web of Science、ProQuest健康与医学大全(ProQuest)、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方、维普期刊数据库,文献检索时间从建库至2021年11月。使用澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所(Joanna Briggs Institute,JBI)循证卫生保健中心制定的质性研究质量评价标准(2016版)进行文献质量评价,对研究结果使用汇集性整合方法进行整合归纳。结果共纳入11篇文献,提炼归纳出38个主题,11个类别,最终整合为4个主题:以希望为主的正性情绪;基于恐惧、担忧、角色冲突的焦虑;心理支持需求;信息需求。结论患者术前以希望为主的正性情绪与焦虑等负性心理状态并存,应针对患者的这些心理特征引导患者保持积极的乐观心态,给予信息和心理支持,促进患者心理稳定。

Objective To systematically evaluate the preoperative psychological experience and needs of patients,and to provide scientifi c basis for the development of preoperative nursing measures.Methods Cochrane Library,Embase,PubMed,Web of Science,ProQuest,CNKI,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,Wanfang,VIP journal database were searched.The literature review period was from the database construction to November 2021.Literature quality was evaluated by using the qualitative research quality assessment criteria(2016 edition)developed by the Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)Centre for Evidence-based Health Care in Australia,and results were summarized using an aggregative integration approach.Results A total of 11 literatures were included,38 themes and 11 categories were extracted and summarized,which were fi nally integrated into 4 themes:Positive emotion dominated by hope;Anxiety based on fear,worry,role confl ict;Psychological support needs;Information needs.Conclusion The patients'positive emotions mainly hope and negative psychological states such as anxiety coexist before surgery.The patients should be guided to maintain a positive and optimistic attitude according to these psychological characteristics of patients,and give information and psychological support to promote the psychological stability of patients.
