滇西北地区鱼腥草抗氧化活性研究 被引量:8

摘要 采用DPPH法、ABTS法、FRAP法对滇西北地区鱼腥草石油醚提取物、乙酸乙酯提取物、正丁醇提取物、95%乙醇提取物和水提取物的抗氧化活性进行评价。结果表明,鱼腥草5种提取物均具有一定的抗氧化活性,其中95%乙醇提取物对DPPH自由基和ABTS自由基的清除能力最强,IC50值分别为0.45 g·L^(-1)、0.0256 g·L^(-1),与VC的比活性分别为1.4%、28.6%;95%乙醇提取物的总抗氧化能力也最强,FRAP值为3.59。3种评价结果显示滇西北地区鱼腥草具有较强的体外抗氧化活性,可作为天然抗氧化物质开发的优选对象。 We evaluated the antioxidant activities of the petroleum ether extract,ethyl acetate extract,n-butanol extract,95%ethanol extract,and water extract of Houttuynia cordata Thunb.in northwestern region of China′s Yunnan Province by DPPH method,ABTS method,and FRAP method.The results show that all the five extracts have certain antioxidant activities.Among them,the 95%ethanol extract has the strongest scavenging ability on DPPH free radicals and ABTS free radicals with IC50 value of 0.45 g·L^(-1) and 0.0256 g·L^(-1),respectively,and the specific activities with VC of 1.4%and 28.6%,respectively.Meanwhile,the 95%ethanol extract has the strongest total antioxidant ability with the FRAP value of 3.59.The three evaluation results show that the Houttuynia cordata Thunb.has strong antioxidant activity,which can be used as the preferred target for the development of natural antioxidant products.
