摘要
肠道微生态由肠道正常菌群及其所生活的环境组成,是人体最主要、最复杂的微生态系统,在人体正常生长发育中起重要作用。已有许多研究探讨了肠道微生态与骨质疏松症的相关性,笔者试从酒精对肠道微生态的影响论述酒精导致酒精性骨质疏松的发病机制,认为长期大量的酒精摄入改变了菌群组成和肠道环境,破坏了肠道微生态的稳定性,增加了拟杆菌门,减少了厚壁菌门(尤其是乳酸杆菌),加之酒精诱导的氧化应激反应的影响,直接或间接破坏了骨代谢平衡,最终导致了酒精性骨质疏松的发生。
Intestinal microecology is composed of normal intestinal flora and the environment they live in.It is the most important and complex microecosystem of human body and plays an important role in the normal growth and development of human body.In recent years,many studies have discussed the correlation between intestinal flora and osteoporosis.This article attempts to discuss the possible mechanism of alcohol-induced osteoporosis from the effect of alcohol on intestinal microecology.It is believed that long-term and large alcohol intake changes the composition of flora and intestinal environment,destroys the stability of intestinal microecology,increases bacteroidetes,and decreases firmicutes(especially lactobacillus).In addition to the influence of alcohol induced oxidative stress,alcohol intake directly or indirectly destroys the balance of bone metabolism,eventually leading to the occurrence of alcohol-induced osteoporosis.
