摘要
氧枪喷头作为炼铅炉的重要零部件,其工作过程较易受到高温变形、喷头表面附着物增加等影响氧枪喷头使用寿命,从而降低炼铅效率。目前,国内常用的氧枪喷头结构形式多为锻造氧枪喷头和铸造氧枪喷头,两者在使用寿命上有明显差异。基于此,本文首先对氧枪喷头损伤失效问题进行简单叙述,从锻/铸氧枪喷头热疲劳损伤仿真实验入手,分析二者热疲劳寿命,从而掌握氧枪喷头寿命的分布情况和热疲劳敏感区域。
Oxygen lance nozzle is an important part of lead smelting furnace,and its working process is easily aff ected by high temperature deformation,increase of surface adhesion of nozzle,etc.,which aff ects the service life of oxygen lance nozzle,thereby reducing lead smelting effi ciency.At present,most of the commonly used oxygen lance nozzles in China are forged oxygen lance nozzles and cast oxygen lance nozzles,which have obvious diff erences in service life.Based on this,this paper fi rst briefl y describes the damage and failure of oxygen lance nozzles.Starting from the thermal fatigue damage simulation experiment of forging/casting oxygen lance nozzles,the thermal fatigue life of the two is analyzed,so as to grasp the distribution of oxygen lance nozzle life and thermal fatigue sensitivity area.
