摘要
本文讲述了在安全带总成固定点端片位置增加限力功能对假人运动趋势的影响。首先提出设计目标,然后通过仿真验证设计思路的正确性。本文提出增加腰带限力功能,对假人颈部伤害值有明显的改善,可用于改善后排假人颈部伤害值超标的问题,达到对乘员保护效果更好的目的。以上的设计思路,为实现安全带达到更好的约束效果提供参考。
This paper describes the infl uence of increasing the force limiting function on the motion trend of the dummy at the fi xed point of the seat belt assembly.Firstly,the design goal is proposed,and then the correctness of the design idea is verifi ed by simulation.In this paper,it is proposed to increase the force limiting function of the belt,which can obviously improve the neck injury value of the dummy,and can be used to improve the problem of excessive neck injury value of the rear dummy,so as to achieve better protection eff ect for the occupant.The above design ideas,for the realization of the safety belt to achieve better restraint eff ect to provide a reference.
