摘要
商用车行驶跑偏售后问题的发生频次较高,影响驾驶感受,严重时伴有吃胎现象。本文针对量产车型底盘缺少调整结构,装调困难的问题,提出一种底盘尺寸调校方法,以一款装备钢板弹簧非独立悬架的6×4重型牵引车为例,论述了车架、悬架、车桥等零部件的装配定位和尺寸调整结构,实现了车轮定位尺寸合格与超差状态模拟,为研究分析实际跑偏量、车轮定位参数、零部件尺寸偏差之间的关系提供了高效便捷的方法。
There’s a high frequency of driving deviation occurrence in commercial vehicle fi eld,which aff ects customer satisfaction and causes abnormal abrasion.At mean time,there’s also lack of adjustable structure and assembly diffi culties in chassis for mass production model.This paper is for the purpose of solving below failure and raising a method of chassis dimension adjustment.Taking a 6×4 heavy tractor with a leaf spring dependent suspension as example,this paper discusses the assembly positioning and dimension adjustment structure of frame,suspension,axle and other parts,realizes the simulation of qualifi ed and out of tolerance of wheel positioning dimension,and provides an effi cient and convenient method for studying and analyzing the relationship between actual deviation,wheel positioning parameters and part dimension deviation.
