汽车撞行人事故中的车速分析方法

在汽车撞行人交通事故的车速分析中,当有视频图像、或乘用车具备读取EDR条件、或货车具备读取GPS条件,应当优先选取上述方法分析汽车的车速。在不具备上述条件情况下通常采用物理学分析法分析汽车的车速,亦可采用统计学分析法结合物理学分析法确定汽车撞行人时的车速。在实际鉴定案例中得出的鉴定结论与事实基本一致,可作为交通事故责任划分的重要依据。

In the analysis of the speed of a car crashing into a pedestrian traffi c accident,when there is a video image,or the passenger car has the conditions to read the EDR,or the truck has the condition to read the GPS,the above methods should be preferred to analyze the speed of the car.In the absence of the above conditions,the speed of the car is usually analyzed by physical analysis,and the speed of the car when it hits a pedestrian can also be determined by statistical analysis combined with physical analysis.The appraisal conclusions drawn in the actual appraisal cases are basically consistent with the facts,and can be used as an important basis for the division of responsibility for traffi c accidents.
