摘要
为了解2017—2020年乐山市食品中化学污染情况,本文根据四川省食品安全风险监测方案要求,采集乐山市11个区县共5966份样品,对真菌毒素、元素、兽药、农药残留、禁用药物、有机污染物等项目进行检测。结果显示,抽检食品中真菌毒素、禁用药物、有机污染物、氯酸盐和高氯酸盐、食品加工过程产生的污染物检出率分别为82.4%、0%、43.65%、38.89%、100%;元素检出率为71.20%,超标率为1.13%;兽药检出率为0.64%,超标率为0.16%;农药残留检出率为8.05%,超标率为0.13%。由此可见,2017—2020年乐山市食品卫生情况良好,但存在一定的安全隐患,有关部门应加强监管,为广大人民群众营造良好的食品安全环境。
In order to understand the chemical pollution in food in Leshan City from 2017 to 2020,according to the requirements of Sichuan food safety risk monitoring program,5966 samples were collected from 11 districts and counties in Leshan City to detect mycotoxins,elements,veterinary drugs,pesticide residues,banned drugs,organic pollutants and other items.The results showed that the detection rates of mycotoxins,banned drugs,organic pollutants,chlorates and perchlorates,and pollutants from food processing were 82.4%,0%,43.65%,38.89%and 100%respectively;The detection rate of elements was 71.20%,and the over standard rate was 1.13%;The detection rate of veterinary drugs was 0.64%,and the over standard rate was 0.16%;The detection rate of pesticide residues was 8.05%,and the over standard rate was 0.13%.It can be seen that from 2017 to 2020,food hygiene in Leshan City was good,but there were certain potential safety hazards.Relevant departments should strengthen supervision to create a good food safety environment for the people.
