聚碳酸酯饮用水罐原材料控制过程的风险分析与安全性评价

摘要 本文通过对全国范围内具有代表性的PC桶企业在原材料控制方面的现场调查数据及相关信息进行分析,了解我国PC桶产品质量及行业发展现状,分析生产过程中原材料控制方面存在的隐患,评价PC桶生产企业对原材料的控制水平及食品安全标准的执行效力。本次PC桶原材料控制过程风险调查,采用现场检查企业原材料控制8项检查条款的方式,结果表明,在26家生产企业中,有147个“符合”,占比70.67%;55个“基本符合”,占比26.44%,有6个“不符合”,占比2.88%,其中8家企业的检查项目全部为“符合”,占比30.77%,18家企业存在“基本符合”项,占比69.23%,1家企业存在“不符合”项,占比3.85%。由此可见,我国PC桶生产企业在原材料控制方面仍存在一定风险。 This paper analyzes the on-site investigation data and relevant information on raw material control of representative PC barrel enterprises nationwide,understands the product quality and industry development status of PC barrel in China,analyzes the hidden dangers in raw material control in the production process,and evaluates the control level of raw materials and the implementation effectiveness of food safety standards by PC barrel enterprises.The risk investigation on the raw material control process of PC barrels adopts the method of on-site inspection of 8 inspection terms for raw material control of enterprises.The results show that among 26 production enterprises,147 are"meet",accounting for 70.67%;55"in line with",accounting for 26.44%,6"is not in conformity with the",accounting for 2.88%,of which 8 enterprises'inspection items were all"meet",accounting for 30.77%,18 enterprises had"in line with",accounting for 69.23%,and 1 enterprise had"is not in conformity with the",accounting for 3.85%.It can be seen that there are still some risks in the raw material control of China's PC barrel production enterprises.
