摘要
随着现代科学技术的高速发展,电子电气产品进入社会生活的各个领域,其更新换代速度不断加快、生命周期不断缩短,废弃产品数量及其中的可再生资源量均呈指数式增长。本文讨论了电子电气产品可再生ABS颗粒的特性、回收、改性及其基本工序流程,分析了其再生过程物质流,梳理了层次分析法和模糊综合评价法,研究并构建了电子电气产品可再生ABS能效评估模型,并提出了电子电气产品可再生ABS利用的问题与对策。
With the rapid development of modern science and technology,electrical and electronic products have entered all fields of social life.Its replacement speed is accelerating and the life cycle is shortening.The amount of waste and renewable resources of electrical and electronic products are increasing exponentially.This paper discussed the characteristics,recovery,modified utilization and basic process of renewable ABS particles in electrical and electronic products,analyzed the material flow in the modified utilization,combs the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and studies and constructs energy efficiency assessment model for renewable ABS in electrical and electronic products based on AHP-FCE,put forward countermeasures and suggestions on the problems in the utilization of renewable resource in electrical and electronic products.
