摘要
为进一步推进聋人信息交流无障碍工作,解决广大聋人朋友信息交流实际困难和迫切需求。基于社会保障的5G MEC手语AI识别应用探讨下沉至区行政服务中心及各个街镇社区事务受理中心窗口,实现残疾人与窗口工作人员沟通交流无障碍,帮助残疾人更加准确、高效地办理各类事务。
In order to further promote the barrier free work of information exchange for the deaf and solve the practical difficulties and urgent needs of information exchange for the majority of deaf friends.The 5g MEC sign language AI recognition application based on social security can sink into the windows of district administrative service centers and community affairs acceptance centers in various streets and towns,realizing barrier free communication between the disabled and window staff,and helping the disabled handle all kinds of affairs more accurately and efficiently.
