乡村民宿设计思考——以2021年湖南优秀农村住宅方案设计暨优秀民宿方案设计大奖赛为例

The Design of the Village Homestay:Taking the 2021 Hunan Excellent Rural Housing Scheme Design and Excellent Homestay Scheme Design Grand Prize as an Example

以乡村振兴为背景,以湖南省勘察设计协会的一次竞赛为契机,通过对湘西农村民宿设计思考,总结了乡村民宿设计应在具体的实际情况中确定合适的选址、设计原则、设计定位、设计目标。通过一个实际的民宿设计案例,展示了在设计过程中对区域文化、自然环境、传统风貌、业态运营等因素的考量,并通过总平面规划、建筑形态、空间体验、立面造型等设计做出回应,得出了适合当地的民宿设计方案。

Based on the background of rural revitalization and taking a competition of Hunan Survey and Design Association as an opportunity,this paper summarizes that the design of rural B&B in Western Hunan should determine the appropriate site selection,design principles,design positioning and design objectives in the specific actual situation.Through an actual homestay design case,this paper shows the consideration of regional culture,natural environment,traditional style,business operation and other factors in the design process,and responds to the design through general layout planning,architectural form,spatial experience,facade modeling and other design,and obtains a homestay scheme suitable for the local area.
