摘要
随着柳州螺蛳粉产业飞速发展,食品安全、品牌保护、产业融合等问题都需要妥善处理。柳州螺蛳粉全产业链标准体系建设贯彻落实习总书记“要把住质量安全关,推进标准化、品牌化”重要讲话精神,通过构建全产业链覆盖、协调统一的柳州螺蛳粉标准体系,发挥标准在产业协同、技术协作中的纽带和驱动作用,推动产业生产自动化、信息化、智能化水平不断提高、食品安全保障体系进一步完善,帮助柳州螺蛳粉品牌和产业提高核心竞争力,助推柳州螺蛳粉产业高质量发展。
With the rapid development of the Luosifen(river snail rice noodles)industry in Liuzhou city,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,many issues such as food safety,brand protection and industry integration need to be properly addressed.The construction of the standards system for the whole industry chain of Luosifen in Liuzhou should implement the important spirits of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s speech,that is"to control quality and safety,promote standardization and branding".Through building the harmonized Luosifen standards system covering the whole industrial chain of Liuzhou,it gives play to the link and driving role of standards in industrial coordination and technical cooperation,which can continue to improve the level of industrial production automation,informatization and intelligence,further improve the food safety guarantee system,help the brand and industry of Liuzhou Luosifen to improve the core competitiveness,and boost the high-quality development of Liuzhou’s Luosifen industry.
