Comparative Study and Analysis of Dust Explosion Proof Standards System between China and U.S.

本文分析了美国和中国可燃性粉尘防爆标准化系统的组成和特点,综述了两国标准体系与发展过程中粉尘爆炸性评估程序。从惰化、抑爆、泄爆、隔爆、抗爆等粉尘爆炸预防及防护技术标准方面进行横向和纵向的对比研究和分析。探讨了标准体系的发展趋势,对我国的粉尘防爆标准体系建设具有借鉴意义。

The paper analyzes the composition and characteristics of the U.S.and Chinese combustible dust explosionproof standardization systems,and reviews the standards system and development process of dust explosion assessment procedures in both countries.It conducts a horizontal and vertical comparative study and makes the analysis of dust explosion prevention and protection technical standards in terms of inerting,explosion suppression,explosion relief,explosion isolation,and explosion resistance.The development trend of the standards system is also discussed,which has significance for the construction of dust explosion-proof standards system in China.
