Interpretation of the Project Code for Urban Road and Transportation Engineering

作为住房和城乡建设部强制性工程建设规范体系的重要组成部分,GB 55011-2021《城市道路交通工程项目规范》在国家现行相关工程建设标准基础上,总结实践经验,参考了国外技术法规、国际标准和国外先进标准,并与国家法规政策相协调。本文通过总结《规范》主要内容,与废止的规范、条文对比,分析了《规范》编制的脉络和思想,提出了设计人员应对强制性工程建设规范体系变化的思想准备和技术准备,为设计人员更好理解《规范》内涵提供了理论支撑。

Based on the existing national engineering construction standards,GB 55011-2021,Project code for urban road and transportation engineering refers to foreign technical regulations,international standards and foreign advanced standards,and coordinates with national regulations and policie s,which is an important part of the mandatory engineering construction specification system of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development.This paper summarizes the main contents of the standard,compares its content with repealed codes and clauses,and analyzes the thoughts during the development process of the standard.Then it proposes to make the ideological and technical preparation to cope with the changes of the mandatory engineering construction specification system,providing the theoretical support for designers to better understand the connotation of the code.
