抽样是产品质量监督抽查的第一道工序,规范、准确、科学的抽样工作直接影响抽检结果的准确性和公正性,同时也是精准检验的基础。因此为解决抽样工作中常见的问题,应进一步提高监督抽查工作的有效性。本文从抽样方案制定、规范抽样过程、文书填写、影像资料留存等方面详细介绍了抽样工作的工作要点,并分析了抽样工作中常见问题及解决办法,为进一步提高监督抽查抽样工作及检验机构监管工作提出了合理化建议,为抽样人员高质量完成监督抽查抽样工作提供了技术指南。

Sampling is the first process of supervision and random inspection.Standardized,accurate and scientific sampling work directly affects the accuracy and impartiality of sampling results,which is also the basis of accurate inspection.To solve the common problems existing in sampling work and further improve the effectiveness of supervision and random inspection,this paper introduces the key points of sampling work in detail from the aspects of sampling plan formulation,standardizing sampling process,document filling and image data retention.It also analyzes the common problems and solutions in sampling.At last,it puts forward the rational advice on improving sampling work and supervision of inspection institutions,providing a technical guide for sampling personnel to complete the supervision and random inspection sampling work with high quality.
