摘要
增材制造技术作为目前备受关注的先进制造技术之一,在航空航天、汽车、医疗等行业已取得了广泛应用。金属粉末作为增材制造工艺最重要的原材料,其性能直接影响到最终成形件的质量。本文主要介绍增材制造金属粉末的主要性能指标,并对相关检测标准进行分析,讨论各种方法对于增材制造粉末检测的可行性和适用性。
As one of the most concerned advanced manufacturing technologies,additive manufacturing technology has been widely used in aerospace,automobile,medical and other industries.Metal powder is the most important raw material in additive manufacturing process,and its properties directly affect the quality of final part.In this paper,the main performance of metal powder produced by additive are introduced,the feasibility and applicability of various methods and standards for additive powder are discussed.
