某型乘用车用柴油机开发过程中,连续出现曲轴小头端断裂问题。本文基于实际问题过程,从系统角度,查找问题真因,明确对策,并经实际样件试制及试验,确认了对策效果。

During the development process of diesel engine for a certain type of passenger car,the problem of crankshaft small end fracture occurs continuously.Based on the actual problem process,this paper finds out the real cause of the problem from a systematic point of view,clarifies the countermeasures,and confirms the effect of the countermeasures through the trial production and test of actual samples.
