摘要 我国高速动车组中车门的结构主要为塞拉门,由于动车组运行速度快的特点,其气密性要求较高。作为乘客上下列车的主要通道,也是使用频率较高的部件,要求其具有较强的稳定性、可靠性。同时也是列车发生火灾等灾害时的主要逃生通道,所以动车组车门的维护与检修也直接影响着乘客的乘车安全和舒适性。本文通过对CRH380B型动车组塞拉门结构及主要部件工作原理分析,研究塞拉门在运用中常见的故障及处理方法,为塞拉门保养维修,故障处理提供案例,在车门的检修维护中提出了改进措施。 The door structure of high-speed EMUs in China is mainly the sliding plug door.Due to the fast running speed of EMUs,its air tightness requirements are high.As the main channel for passengers to get on and off the train,it is also a component with high frequency of use,which requires strong stability and reliability.At the same time,it is also the main escape route for the train in case of fire and other disasters.Therefore,the maintenance and repair of EMU doors also directly affect the safety and comfort of passengers.Through the analysis of the structure and working principle of the main components of CRH380B EMU sliding plug door,this paper studies the common faults and treatment methods of sliding plug door in operation,provides cases for the maintenance and fault treatment of sliding plug door,and puts forward improvement measures in the maintenance and repair of door.
