The rapid development of the mechanical processing manufacturing industry at present stage,to the progress of the national infrastructure and all walks of life have made a great contribution,but at present still need to pay much attention to all kinds of the application of advanced technology,constantly improve the machining efficiency and quality,so as to meet the industry standards and adapt to the increasing improvement of the competition in the industry.As one of the most critical processes in machining and manufacturing,automation technology has been extended and developed in many fields such as machining integration application,digital application,virtualization application and fieldbus application.In order to improve the application value and effect of automation technology,the paper first analyzes and studies the application value and scope of automation technology,and carries out further exploration with specific examples for reference.
