摘要
我国化学工业于近十余年来迅速发展。在工艺介质生产过程中,温度测量已成为必不可少的重要指标。本文旨在介绍一种通过HART通信的智能温度变送器设计原理。在硬件层面,温度变送器结构设计满足化工防爆要求,可根据化工设计确定防爆效果。在软件层面,可通过HART通信来传输温度数据以及仪表的诊断信息,同时还可用蓝牙通信调试温度变送器的相关参数。最后,通过运用在工业现场的实际案例来解释这款温度变送器的运行调试方案。
China’s chemical industry has developed rapidly in the last ten years.Temperature measurement has become an essential point in the process of medium production.This paper aims to introduce the design principle of an intelligent temperature transmitter with HART protocol.For hardware,the structure design of temperature transmitter should meet the requirements of chemical explosion-proof which follow the rules.For software,HART protocol can be used to transmit temperature data and diagnostic information of device,and Bluetooth can be used to debug the relevant parameters of the temperature transmitter.This paper shows the actual application to explain the temperature transmitter operation solution in the end.
