摘要
本文以刚果(金)某铜矿浮选段为例,介绍了一种基于AS-i系统的现场仪表连接方式,由于AS-i系统的灵活性,使得设计具有无限的可能性。可根据当前的控制平台和应用环境,选择各种各样的主站、I/O模块、电源和附件。AS-i现场总线的使用,可使现场仪表电缆、保护管、固定支撑和桥架的数量大大减少,降低项目成本,其安全可靠、快速便捷的接线方式使得在各行业得到了广泛的应用。
This article takes of the Flotation section of a copper mine in the Democratic Republic of the Congo as an example,and introduces a method of field instrument connection based on the AS-i system.Due to the flexibility of the AS-i system,the design has unlimited possibilities.Various master stations,I/O modules,power supplies and accessories can be selected according to the current control platform and application environment.The use of AS-i field-bus can greatly reduce the number of field instrument cables,protective tubes,fixed supports and bridges,and also reduce project costs.Its safe and reliable,fast and convenient wiring method has been widely used in various industries.
