兰州石化裂解炉进料系统双法兰流量测量及自适应控制改造

摘要 兰州石化乙烯装置裂解炉,因其结构复杂,进料系统控制不稳定等特殊性,至关装置正常生产运行。通过裂解炉进料系统,双法兰差压变送器流量测量方式和DCS控制系统自动自适应选择运算控制改造。避免了联锁停车,确保了裂解炉长周期、安全、稳定的运行。 The cracking furnace of Lanzhou Petrochemical ethylene unit,because of its complex structure,feeding system control instability and other particularities,is essential to the normal production and operation of the unit.The feed system of cracking furnace,the f low measurement method of double flange differential pressure transmitter and the automatic adaptive selection operation control of DCS control system were reformed.It avoids interlocking shutdown and ensures long cycle,safe and stable operation of cracking furnace.
