基于SBM-GWR模型的中国省际用水效率及其影响因素分析

Evaluation of Provincial Water Use Efficiency and Its Influencing Factors in China Based on SBM-GWR Model

针对目前用水效率相关研究中较少考虑用水产生的社会效益的不足,基于2003~2017年的面板数据和SBM-DEA模型,将社会发展指数纳入期望产出评估中国30个省市的用水效率;采用Tobit模型和地理加权回归模型,定量分析我国各省域用水效率的影响因素及其时空分布特征。结果表明,我国27个省市用水未能达到有效状态,存在投入冗余或产出不足现象;各影响因素对用水效率的影响具有时空差异性;不同影响因素对各省用水效率的影响程度存在差异,其中受教育年限影响程度最高。

The social benefit has less been considered in the study of water consumption efficiency at present. Based on the panel data from 2003 to 2017, this study used SBM-DEA model to evaluate the water consumption efficiency (WCE) of 30 provinces (autonomous regions) in China by incorporating the social development index into the expected output. The Tobit model and geographically weighted regression model were used to quantitatively analyze the influencing factors of WCE in China’s provinces and explore the spatial-temporal distribution characteristics. The results show that most of the provinces (27 Cities) in China have not reached the effective state of water use. The influence degree of different influencing factors on WCE is different among different provinces, and the influence degree of education years is the highest.
