Carry Out the“Two Belts and One Innovation”Project to Promote the Integration of Party Building and Production in State-owned Enterprises

随着中国社会主义市场经济体制改革的不断深入,国有企业的外部运营环境和内部经营管理环境都出现了重大变革。党的建设是国有企业的重要竞争优势,国企领导班子要将企业生产经营和党建充分融合,积极发挥党建工作的功能,增强企业的实力。基于此,文章阐述了某国企开展“两带一创”项目,进而促使企业加强了党的建设与生产的融合,并取得有效的建设成果。

With the deepening of the reform of China’s socialist market economy system,signif icant changes have taken place in the external and internal operating and management environments of state-owned enterprises.Party building is an important competitive advantage of state-owned enterprises.The leadership of state-owned enterprises should fully integrate the production and operation of enterprises with Party building,actively give play to the function of Party building,and enhance the strength of enterprises.Based on this,the article expounds that a state-owned enterprise has carried out the“two belts and one innovation”project,which has promoted the enterprise to strengthen the integration of Party building and production,and achieved effective construction results.
