基于岗课对接的化工类课程教学改革

摘要 新时期,教育正面临深化改革之际,岗课对接是从顶岗实习和工学结合育人模式中逐渐发展出来的专人人才培育模式,这种育人模式强调将岗位和课程对接起来,目的是为企业岗位培养更多的对口人才。就化工类课程来看,课程教学中的实践性、操作性比较强,要让学生更好地掌握化工类课程教学模式,必须要深化合作,和企业对接,和岗位对接,这对培养企业需要的对口人才,促进专业学生更顺利就业都具有重要意义。文章基于岗课对接模式,选择以化工类课程为主,探究这一课程岗课对接教学改革的具体背景和对策。 In the new period,when education is facing deepening reform,the docking of post courses is gradually developed from the mode of in-post practice and work-study education,which emphasizes the docking of posts and courses,aiming to train more talents for enterprise positions.From the perspective of chemical courses,the course teaching is relatively practical and operable.In order to enable students to better master the teaching mode of chemical courses,it is necessary to deepen cooperation,connect with enterprises and posts,which is of great signif icance for cultivating the corresponding talents needed by enterprises and promoting the more smooth employment of professional students.Based on the mode of post-course docking,the paper chooses chemical industry courses to explore the specif ic background and countermeasures of the teaching reform of this course.
