摘要
钛元素有着非常优秀的耐高低温及耐强酸、强碱的性能,在航空航天、医疗卫生、建筑体育等多个领域有着广泛的用途。但钛的生产中极易混入杂质,使钛的应用受到了严重的影响。文章综述了镁还原法生产海绵钛过程中,杂质元素的分布、来源,以及海绵钛内部杂质对钛铸锭外观、组织和加工性能的影响,论述了控制杂质含量的措施。只有在生产过程当中对钛铸锭杂质加强控制,才能使钛这种金属得到更好的应用。
Titanium element has an excellent resistance to high and low temperature and strong acid and alkali resistance and strength,in aerospace has a wide range of roles,medical and health care,construction and sports and a number of f ields.However,the production of titanium is very easily mixed with impurities,so that the application of titanium is seriously affected.This paper summarizes the distribution,source and control measures in the production of magnesium reduction method,and explains the influence of internal impurities in titanium sponge on the appearance,organization and processing performance of titanium ingot.Only by strengthening the control of titanium ingot impurities in the production process can titanium metal be better used.
