石油化工电气自动化控制中的PLC技术应用

Application of PLC Technology in Petrochemical Electrical Automation Control

随着科学技术的不断发展进步,传统的石油化工电气自动化技术已不能满足生产发展要求,一种新的自动化控制系统—PLC技术应运而生。PLC技术是一种集中了各种运算功能的工艺控制装置技术,可以应用在石油化工电气自动化控制过程里。PLC技术具备较强的灵活性和通用性、可靠性和易操作性。文章简要分析了PLC技术的应用原理及其优势,重点阐述了电气自动化控制中PLC技术在石油化工工程中的具体应用。

With the continuous development of science and technology,the traditional petrochemical electrical automation cannot meet the needs of production development,a new automatic control system—PLC technology came into being.PLC technology is a kind of process control device technology which centralizes all kinds of operation functions.It can be used in the process of petrochemical electric automation control.PLC technology has strong flexibility and versatility,reliability and easy operation.This paper briefly analyzes the application principle and advantages of PLC technology,and focuses on the application of PLC technology in petrochemical engineering.
