摘要
随着中国新能源锂电池产业快速发展,电解铜箔作为锂电池负极的集流体,是新能源锂电池生产的重要材料之一。为提高锂电池的能量密度,锂电池的生产对电解铜箔厚度要求越来越薄,同时生产涂布速度也越来越快,这对4~6μm极薄铜箔的伸长率要求越来越高,传统极薄双面光电解铜箔很难满足要求。文章通过研究鱼胶添加剂的不同加入量对电解铜箔产品微观结构的影响,找到最优配比,进而达到提高电解铜箔的延伸率等力学性能的目的。试验结果表明,当电解液中加入的鱼胶浓度为8 mg/L时,电解铜箔常温伸长率为5.07%,且无针孔不良,可以满足高端锂离子电池的生产要求。
With the rapid development of China’s new energy lithium battery industry,electrolytic copper foil is one of the important materials in the production of new energy lithium battery as a collector of lithium battery anode.In order to improve the energy density of lithium battery,the production of lithium battery requires thinner and thinner electrolytic copper foil and faster and faster coating speed,which requires higher and higher elongation of 4-6μm ultra-thin copper foil,and the traditional ultra-thin double-sided photoelectrolysis copper foil is diff icult to meet the requirements.In this paper,the effect of different f ish glue additives on the microstructure of electrolytic copper foil products is studied to f ind the optimal ratio,and then improve the mechanical properties of electrolytic copper foil elongation.The test results show that when the concentration of f ish glue added to electrolyte is 8 mg/L,the elongation of electrolytic copper foil at room temperature is 5.07%,and there is no bad pinhole,which can meet the requirements of high-end lithium ion battery production.
