摘要 压力容器在石化、工业和民用领域均有着广泛的应用,其内盛装的介质具有一定的温度和压力,甚至有毒有害,工作环境较复杂。因此压力容器在长时间使用后会出现各种问题,比如母材金属腐蚀、母材破裂、因焊接不当导致的焊缝开裂等,都可能引发严重的安全事故,对企业和工作人员造成不可预估的损失。因此,如何采取有效的预防措施防止压力容器出现破裂,进而降低安全事故发生的概率是当前急需解决的问题。文章对压力容器制造工艺及质量控制措施进行了研究分析。 Pressure vessels are widely used in petrochemical,industrial and civil f ields.The medium contained in them has certain temperature and pressure,even toxic and harmful,and the working environment is complex.Therefore,pressure vessels will have various problems after long-term use,such as base metal corrosion,base metal cracking,weld cracking caused by improper welding,etc.,which may lead to serious safety accidents and cause unpredictable losses to enterprises and workers.Therefore,how to take effective preventive measures to prevent the damage of pressure vessels and reduce the probability of safety accidents is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper studies and analyzes the manufacturing process and quality control measures of pressure vessels.
