高速人字齿轮减速器风阻损失CFD分析 被引量:1

CFD Analysis of Windage Losses of High-Speed Herringbone Gear Reducer

摘要 齿轮传动功率损失主要来源于齿轮间的摩擦损失、齿轮与润滑油及空气之间的搅油损失和风阻损失。在系统处于高速重载的工作状况下,风阻成为了影响系统传动效率的主要因素。首先以人字齿轮减速器为研究对象,参照前人实验模型,建立减速器的简化模型。再应用CFD仿真软件FLOW-3D对其进行减速器内部流场仿真,研究人字齿轮在高速工作过程中的风阻功率损失,并验证仿真的准确性。最后分析齿轮参数、转速、空气属性等与风阻功率损失的关系,并在前人基础上提出优化方案。 The power losses of gear transmission systems are mainly due to friction losses between gears,churning losses and windage losses between gears and oil lubrication and air.Under the working condition with high speed and heavy load,windage losses have become the main factor affecting the transmission efficiency of the system.In this paper,a herringbone gear reducer is determined as the research object and the simplified model of the reducer is established by referring to the previous experiment.The CFD simulation software FLOW-3 D is used to simulate the flow field inside the reducer,and the windage losses of the herringbone gearbox in the process of high-speed operation are obtained.The accuracy of the simulation is verified.Finally,the influence of gear parameters,speed,air properties on windage losses are studied,and the optimization plans are proposed on the basis of the predecessors.
