摘要
为了提高35CrMoA合金钢材的表面性能,从微锻工艺原理出发,分析了这一新型工艺的表面强化机理及影响工艺效果的重要参数,包括微锻头冲程、频率和步进量,通过控制这些参数,可以加工出不同的表面特性。然后研究了工艺参数优化实验的设计思路及微锻设备,实验设计采用三因素五水平的正交实验。最后,分析了微锻处理后加工表面的特性,包括表面粗糙度和显微硬度的测量结果,利用极差分析法得到了各项工艺参数对35CrMoA合金钢材表面完整性的影响规律,为实际应用中工艺参数的选择提供了必要的参考。
In order to improve the surface properties of 35 CrMoA alloy steel,starting from the principle of surface micro-forging process,this paper analyzes the surface strengthening mechanism of this new process and the important process parameters,including the micro forging head stroke,frequency and stepping size.By controlling these parameters,different surface characteristics can be obtained.Then,the micro forging equipment and the optimization experiment design are analyzed.The experiment design adopts the orthogonal experiment of three factors and five levels.Finally,the characteristics of the machined surface after micro forging treatment,including the measurement results of surface roughness and microhardness,are investigated.The influence of various process parameters on the surface integrity of 35 CrMoA alloy steel is obtained by the range analysis method,which provides a necessary reference for the selection of process parameters in practical applications.
