摘要
在档案纸张扫描过程中,使用真空吸附时,经常发生双张吸附现象。提出了一种纸找嘴真空吸附技术,建立了气体动力学模型,分析降低双张吸附率的可行性和影响因素,同时进行了实验验证。结果表明,当吸力足够时,吸嘴与纸张之间的吸附距离越大,双张吸附率越低。影响纸找嘴吸附技术的关键因素有吸附距离、气体进口压力和泵供气压力,可通过管径和气体流量进行调节。通过理论和实验证明,纸找嘴真空吸附技术可行,可降低双张吸附率,为纸张可靠吸附提供理论和实际指导。
In the scanning process for paper documents,double sheets adsorption often occurs while using vacuum adsorption.In this work,a paper adsorption method based on paper approaching suction nozzle is developed so as to reduce the probability of double sheets.A gas dynamic model is established;the feasibility and influencing factors are analyzed;and the experimental results are verified.The results show that when the suction force is sufficient,the probability of double adsorption decreases with increasing adsorption distance between the nozzle and the paper.The key factors affecting the method of paper approaching suction nozzle include adsorption distance,gas inlet pressure and pump air supply pressure,which can be adjusted by altering pipe diameter and gas flow rate.It has been proved that this method is feasible and practicable,which has the advantage of reducing the probability of double sheets adsorption.Such a study could assist to provide better theoretical and practical guidance for paper adsorption technology.
