摘要
科学技术的发展使得现代农业的生产方式发生了巨大的改变,特别是采摘机器人的应用,在农业生产中的采摘环节,有效使用智能化机器人代替了人工采摘,不仅生产效率大幅度提升,同时也明显降低了人工工作量,真正将人解放出来,使农业生产力水平得到大幅度提高。本文对基于PLC的采摘机械手电气自动化技术进行深入研究,结合当前我国采摘机械手电气自动化技术的实际发展情况,提出科学合理的建议,为了进一步优化采摘机械手电气自动化技术水平,提高采摘机械手的智能化和自动化控制水平,提供可靠的参考意见。
The development of science and technology has brought great changes to the production methods of modern agriculture,especially the application of picking robots.In the picking process of agricultural production,intelligent robots are effectively used instead of manual picking,which not only greatly improves production efficiency,but also significantly reduces the manual workload,truly liberates people,and greatly improves the level of agricultural productivity.This paper conducts in-depth research on the electrical automation technology of the picking manipulator based on PLC,and puts forward scientific and reasonable suggestions based on the actual development of the electrical automation technology of the picking manipulator in China to further optimize the electrical automation technology level of the picking manipulator,improve the intelligence and the level of automatic control,providing reliable reference.
