基于市场供需的中职新能源汽车维修人才培养的研究——以昆山地区为例

Research on the Training of Secondary Vocational New Energy Vehicle Maintenance Personnel Based on Market Supply and Demand——Taking Kunshan Area as an Example

新能源汽车的持续发展,也提升了了对新能源汽车维修专业人员的质和量的要求。而中职院校是培养新能源汽车维修专业人才的重要基地。但是,就当前中职院校的发展现状而言,其还存有一定问题,导致培养的毕业生无法满足当前新能源汽车售后企业的需求。本文阐述以企业和职业学校供需为导向的新能源汽车服务人才培养方案,进而来改进中职新能源汽车维修专业的人才培养方案。

The continuous development of new energy vehicles has also raised the quality and quantity requirements for new energy vehicle maintenance professionals.Vocational colleges are important bases for cultivating new energy vehicle maintenance professionals.However,as far as the current development of secondary vocational colleges is concerned,there are still certain problems,which lead to the fact that the graduates trained cannot meet the needs of current new energy vehicle after-sales enterprises.This paper expounds the supply and demand-oriented new energy vehicle service personnel training program of enterprises and vocational schools,and then improves the talent training program for secondary vocational new energy vehicle maintenance majors.
