新四化牵引的汽车类专业培养体系升级改造初探

A Preliminary Study on the Upgrading and Transformation of the Automotive Professional Training System Driven by the New Four Modernizations

随着人工智能、电子信息等技术的快速发展,汽车产业进入新四化时代,急需具有最新知识体系和专业能力的人才。目前,国内高校的汽车类专业人才培养模式仍以传统的汽车工业知识体系为基础,无法适应新四化下汽车产业变革的需求。本文以汽车新四化为牵引,结合现有汽车类专业的改革实践,提出面向新四化的汽车类专业培养体系升级改造措施,为汽车类高校的人才培养提供借鉴和参考。

With the development of artificial intelligence,electronic information and other technologies,the automobile industry has entered the era of the new four modernizations.Professionals with the latest knowledge systems and professional capabilities are urgently needed.At present,the training mode of automobile professionals in domestic universities is still based on the traditional knowledge system of the automobile industry,which cannot meet the needs of the reform of the automobile industry.Combined with the reform practice of the existing automobile majors,this work proposes the reform measures of the training system of the automobile majors,and provides reference for the personnel training of automobile major universities.
