基于中国大学生巴哈大赛以赛促教模式研究

Research on the Mode of Promoting Teaching by Competition based on the Baja Competition of Chinese University Students

随着社会的不断发展、科技不断进步,对技能人才培养要求也在不断上升,其核心就体现在针对学生职业核心素质以及核心能力的培养。基于这种理念,笔者首先分析了实践教学这种教学方式的内涵以及相关类型,通过结合由中国汽车工程协会举办的巴哈大赛,深度研究以赛促教这种教学模式,并且基于巴哈大赛的实践教学模式的相关经验,从而提出高校开展这种教学方式的建议。

With the continuous development of society and the continuous advancement of science and technology,the requirements for the training of skilled personnel are also rising.Based on this concept,the article first analyzes the connotation and related types of practical teaching,and combines the Baja competition organized by the China Association of Automotive Engineers to deeply study the teaching mode of promoting teaching by competition.And based on the relevant experience of the practical teaching mode from the Baja competition,the article puts forward suggestions for colleges and universities to carry out this teaching mode.
