摘要 热磨合试验是汽车发动机质量检验的重要项目,通过“热试”能及时发现发动机潜在的质量缺陷,例如异响、抖动、漏油等,对改进发动机运行工况和保证发动机整体质量有积极帮助。本文基于LabVIEW(实验室虚拟仪器工程平台)设计了发动机热磨合试验台,主要包括配电系统、供油供水供气系统和控制系统等。随后在该虚拟试验台上进行了仿真试验。结果表明热磨合试验台运行稳定,能准确反映发动机各项参数,并且对水路水温进行了灵活调控,保证水温维持在合理区间,达到了预期效果。 The hot running-in test is an important item in the quality inspection of the automobile engine.Through the “hot test”,the potential quality defects of the engine,such as abnormal noise,vibration,oil leakage,etc.,can be found in time,which is helpful for improving the operating conditions of the engine and ensuring the overall quality of the engine.In this paper,based on LabVIEW (Lab Virtual Instrument Engineering Platform),an engine thermal break-in test bench is designed,which mainly includes power distribution system,oil supply,water supply and gas supply system and control system.Then the simulation test was carried out on the virtual test bench.The results show that the hot running-in test bench operates stably,can accurately reflect various parameters of the engine,and flexibly adjust the water temperature of the waterway to ensure that the water temperature is maintained in a reasonable range,and the expected effect is achieved.
